Project Wine (formerly Langhorne Creek Winery) is a state of the art Grape Processing, Winemaking and Storage facility established in 2001 and strategically located less than one hour from some of South Australia’s best known wine regions, including Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek, and less than two hours from the Limestone Coast and Barossa Valley.
While the winery has processed 18,000 tonne, the 50 hectare site gives us the opportunity of future expansion to an EPA approved 30,000 tonne.
Senior Winemaker Peter Pollard heads up an experienced and enthusiastic team, including three full time winemakers, who are looking forward to the challenge of building the Winery’s reputation as a high quality wine producer, and growing our client base, which currently includes some of Australia’s largest and well respected wine brands.
Project Wine is the ideal service provider for all producers. We have the size to be efficient and cost effective, while offering quality and flexibility to winemakers who process fruit from various regions around South Australia.
