Paul Zerella entered the Wine Industry in 1994 as a member of the consortium who purchased the assets of the Southern Vale Cooperative and later formed the Tatachilla Winery. In the first 4 years he acted as General Manager and then took the role as Managing Director prior to the merger with St Hallett Wines in the Barossa Valley and the successful public listing of Banksia Wines.

Following the purchase of Banksia Wines by Lion Nathan in 2001, he spent 2 years as International Sales Director for the Lion Nathan Wine Group. In October 2003 he was recruited by BankWest and took on the role of Managing Director of Haselgrove Wines, where he presided over the rebirth of the Brand and the establishment of McLaren Vale Custom Crush. In October 2008, Paul was appointed Managing Director of Project Wine.

During his time in the Wine Industry Paul has been a member of the McLaren Vale Winemakers Executive from 1996 to 2001, with the last two as President, and the McLaren Vale Grapegrowers, Winemakers and Tourism Board in 2007/08. He is currently a member of the South Australian Wine Industry Association Executive.

Louise Cartwright holds a wide range of commercial accounting experience from working in the retail and medical sectors before moving into the wine industry as a Management Accountant at Tatachilla Winery Pty Ltd, McLaren Vale South Australia; in 1997.

From which has lead to Financial Accounting positions with Banksia Wines Ltd, Lion Nathan Wine Group Australia Ltd, Challenger Wine Trust (ASX listed property trust) before joining the team as Finance Manager at Langhorne Creek Winery in January 2008. Working for both proprietary and ASX listed companies, Louise has sound experience in export marketing development grants, finished wine production, bulk wine costing, vineyard property management and statutory, management and taxation reporting.

Louise has a Bachelor of Commerce through the University of South Australia and is an associate member of CPA Australia.
